Techtown has been designed to be easy to use, but we all need some support every now and then.
Many of the questions asked by our members are answered on our frequently asked questions page, but if you run into a feature you can’t get to work, or if you find a bug that needs fixing, please submit a ticket to our support team.
We aim to reply to all tickets within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
This feature is ONLY for questions related to the use of our site. If you have a technical question, please visit the forum and ask members of the community. We will not be able to reply to any non-site related tickets.
